Focusing on finding the next generation of Recruiters and Search Consultants.
A robust sourcing model involves screening a huge number of applicants looking for their first step into the industry. An initial telephone interview is followed up by an intensive face-to-face interview and then a preparation and training session run by one of the experienced consultants. This ensures that only the very best candidates are introduced to our clients and that the candidate understands why they are interviewing for the particular type of recruitment business, the sector they will be focusing on and the potential long-term career available to them within the organisation.
