  • Offer our clients access to services provided by our Diversity & Inclusion Director
  • Ensure that our people in the inclusive recruitment process are fully aware of any legislation and regulations related to employment equality as well as the business
  • Share our knowledge of the ethical and business case for diversity with our clients and partners through: thought leadership events; blogs and white papers; and when appropriate work with client diversity networks and advise our clients on their recruitment and retention processes and strategy
  • Proactively request our clients and partners to share their approach to diversity and inclusion with us.
  • Ensure no candidate is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable.

We will also proactively provide metrics for our clients where possible to ensure that:

  • A diverse and representative pool of candidates is being drawn from initially
  • That the long/short list being generated are reflective of this diverse pool
  • Fair decisions are being made throughout the recruitment process
  • Provide feedback to our clients and partners on the candidate experience.
