Referrals

If you refer a person to us that we have had no contact with previously and we are successful in placing them with one of our clients then could be eligible for Ocean’s referral scheme. We make payment to you in the form of Vouchers and following successful completion of the person’s probationary period. All Referrals must be made through our website. Terms and conditions apply.

Permanent appointments:

  • Up to £65,000 per annum basic salaries: £250 voucher
  • £66,000 – £99,999 per annum basic salaries: £500 voucher
  • £100,000 + per annum basic salaries: £1000 voucher

Temporary & Contractor appointments:

  • Up to £249 per day rate or £59,999 FTC: £150 voucher
  • Up to £250+ per day rate or £60,000 FTC: £250 voucher
  • Over £350+ per day rate or £75,000 FTC: £300 voucher
