Timesheets and Contracting

OceanTime is our online timesheet platform and provides you with a fast and efficient way to manage your timesheets. All contractor and temporary workers are responsible for completing their own timesheets through OceanTime unless your organisation has their own preferred system. Please check with your Consultant if you are unsure.

Upon placement, you will be provided with a login for OceanTime. Timesheets must be authorised by midday on Tuesdays to be paid on Friday of the same week. You can be paid weekly or monthly. If you prefer to be paid monthly, please save your online timesheets in Oceantime in the Drafts and submit only once you wish to be paid. The maximum timesheets you can hold back at any time is 4. You will be paid by The Ocean Partnership and timesheets not either approved or completed by midday on a Tuesday will be automatically rolled into payroll for the following week.

If you have any questions about your timesheet or invoicing please contact us and we will respond to you within 24 hours: accounts@theoceanpartnership.com
